Let’s start the journey together!

Hey friend,

I am so thrilled you are here and have chosen me to be a part of your journey in taking control of your blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight management.

If you are newly diagnosed or have been struggling to find the right balance in life with managing your prediabetes, type two diabetes, insulin resistance, cholesterol, or weight what I want you to know is that you are not alone. If you are like most of my clients, you were probably given an outdated handout on what not to eat, told to lose weight, take this medication, and heard “See you at your next follow-up”.  No other explanations were given and you probably felt alone, overwhelmed, and confused. After these thoughts raced through your mind, you might have then started playing the blame game, searching for answers to the thousands of questions in your mind, and shaming yourself by saying something like this:

“I ate too many carbs and have given myself diabetes.”

“I should have stuck to that weight loss program.”

“What should I have done differently to avoid this diagnosis?”

“How am I going to give up all of my favorite foods?”

“Do I have to take this medicine forever?”

“I need to google foods I should not eat and avoid them.”

I have heard the same responses in different variations from my clients and want you to know that these are all normal responses. The good news is, we don’t have to stay in this place of guilt, shame, and confusion.


There is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight management. I promise to work alongside you and debunk all the misinformation and provide you with an easy-to-follow roadmap on how to achieve the results you want to see! 

You should be able to enjoy all the moments of your life without stressing over what is on your plate. You should be able to eat the cake at your niece’s birthday party, or the stuffing on the Thanksgiving table because your grandma made it, or have the glass of wine because you are having a “girl’s night”. You should be able to and YOU CAN do all of these things while achieving your nutrition and health goals. I can give you all the information needed to navigate your blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight management needs sustainably!
