Little can be accomplished in just a few nutrition coaching sessions and that is why I have developed my three-month packages. 

I have found, through working with many clients, that three months seems to be the magic number to achieve sustainable change. This will allow us to implement interventions at a pace that is easy to navigate and provide ample time and space to troubleshoot questions and you to master your skills.

Each program will be 3 months in duration with Weekly Check-Ins (60-minute initial session + five 45-minute follow-ups). It will also include a 21-day meal plan with recipes, a grocery list, and macro counts.

The cost for the program is $1,275 total or $425 monthly. 

Custom packages are available per request. 

Blood Sugar Management:

This is for my clients who are ready to take action in improving insulin resistance and lowering blood sugars and A1c.

This program will be tailored to you and may include topics such as:

  • Diabetes education which will discuss the fundamentals of diabetes to help you better understand the “why” and “how” it all works.
  • Discuss that all carbs aren’t created equal and provide a simple formula when it comes to building a blood sugar friendly plate.
  • Discuss what insulin resistance is and how to improve it.
  • Dinning out recommendations.
  • Education on how to read a nutrition label.
  • How to pair carbs with protein, and fat and the importance of fiber to allow you flexibility and confidence with food choices while lowering blood sugars and A1c.
  • Provides a space for support and encouragement where we will celebrate your wins and troubleshoot your challenges to find more practical ways to manage your diabetes.
  • A customized nutrition “plan of action” that is tailored to meet your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Education and support on lifestyle factors that affect blood sugars that go beyond food (sleep habits, stress management, exercise, hydration status, etc.) and recommendations on how to improve on these.
  • How to build a balanced plate that is blood sugar friendly with confidence.
  • Weekly check-ins where we can discuss what is working well, what is challenging, and overall progress.
  • A space provided to ask questions in between sessions to further support your progress and wins and address challenges. 
  • Give you sustainable ways to include all foods with confidence that will last a week, a year, the next 10 years, and the next 70 years! 

Weight Management:

Let’s start by clearing the air and stating that weight is a number impacted by many factors. It is not a behavior, and we cannot “weight” as an action. To achieve a weight that is appropriate for you and serves your body well, we have to take into consideration several areas of your current lifestyle such as nutritional intake, meal consistency, sleep habits, stress management, exercise routines, hydration status, etc. In my coaching programs, we focus on the whole person and not just weight. We achieve goals by focusing on behaviors that influence weight and overall health. By doing this, we can achieve optimal health, which will leave you energized and feeling your absolute best.

Possible areas of discussion:

  • Discuss and enhance knowledge on macronutrients and the importance of including all of them in the diet.
  • What a healthy plate should look like.
  • How to pair macronutrients for snacks and meals that are both satisfying and satiating (keep you fuller longer).
  • Discuss the importance of specific micronutrients during specified ages of adult life. Hint: You aren’t achieving your weight goals in your 40s because you are doing what worked for you in your 30s.  Bodies change and I am here to help you navigate what severs your body best in every stage of life. 
  • Educate on the importance of meal consistency to prevent hunger, overeating, and binging.
  • Meal/snack/recipe recommendations.
  • Provide a customized nutrition plan that is tailored to meet your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Education and support on lifestyle factors that affect weight management that goes beyond food (sleep habits, stress management, and exercise).

Cholesterol Management:

My coaching program can effectively lower cholesterol levels naturally using evidence-based research and lifestyle strategies. This package offers optimal support in your cholesterol management journey. My goal is to meet you where you are and guide you to your version of success that lasts a lifetime and prevents you from having to start over and over again.

Possible topics of discussion:

  • A deep dive into your diagnosis 
  • The truth about fats and how to balance fat sources to lower cholesterol.
  • Benefits of fiber with cholesterol and which sources are the best to include.
  • Bringing clarity to all of the misinformation which will allow you to make better food choices.
  • Make empowered food choices that will not negatively impact your health but also fit in with your busy lifestyle and favorite foods.
  • Lifestyle factors that directly and indirectly impact your cholesterol.
  • Snack and meal ideas with recipes.
  • Dinning out recommendations.
  • Weekly check-ins where we discuss what is working well and what is challenging and discuss overall progress.
  • A space provided to ask questions between sessions to further support your progress and wins and address challenges.
