Against popular belief, nutrition is not the only piece of the puzzle when it comes to blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight management. You can eat a perfect diet and still never get the results you desire. Managing blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight is no easy task and it can be frustrating when you don’t see the fruits from your efforts, even when you feel you have eaten perfectly. That is because there are so many factors that influence our health outcomes outside of nutrition.
